The Swallow at the Hollow is a Barbeque Restaurant/Country Music Venue where the philosophy is that "If you can make it homemade, you do make it homemade". And that holds true with everything, from any one of our delicious Hickory smoked meats, homemade sausage, homemade macaroni and cheese, homemade bread and butter pickles, homemade sauces on the tables to our yummy homemade chocolate chip banana pudding, buttermilk biscuits and loaf of bread.Our music philosophy is that if you are going to spend that much time and effort to make the food so good, you'd better keep the entertainment on that same level.
